We provide inspection trips on condition
that customer accepts and agrees to come
over to see selected properties from our
portfolio which are within the price and
requested feature range he/she has given via
our e-mail correspondence. Sorry but the
service we provide is restricted to
customers who are really interested in our
portfolio. Therefore customers who have
intensions to meet other agents during their
stay should consider other means while
planning for accommodation and transfer
arrangements.
How we plan Inspection trips:
If a customer informs us about his/hers
travel itinerary to Bodrum ten days
before the actual travel date we will be
happy to arrange the following services at
his/her own cost:
1-
Arrangement of Airport transfers to
and from the hotel to Bodrum Airport. (GBP70
for two transfers)
2-
Arrangement for accommodation in
Dedeman Hotel or an equivalent hotel in
Bodrum. (GBP30

3-
Meeting arrangement and a viewing
program for the selected properties.
We usually arrange a car and the driver
waits for you at the arrival gate with your
name written on a board. The driver takes
you to your hotel. During your stay,
according to the meeting schedule agreed
with you, we meet you at your hotel and
explain our viewing plan at the arranged
time. We take you around Bodrum and show all
the selected properties.
As mentioned above we make the arrangements
on the basis that the customer pays for
the services. However, if the customer
decides to buy a property from the selected
portfolio during the visit we refund the
following costs:
1-
The amount charged for Airport
transfers (up to GBP 70).
2-
Your accommodation up to three days
in a single/double room in Hotel Dedeman or
equivalent on condition that it was booked
by us.
3-
GBP250 in total to cover part of your
airfare cost.
If a purchase does not take place, the
customer will not receive any refunds.
